Non-Fault Accident Repairs - How it Works

The customer completes our online claim form before contacting their insurer, telling us about the accident and their vehicle. The details come through to us immediately, and we call the customer back within 2 working hours to confirm the non-fault position, explain the process and set everything in motion.

If the vehicle is undriveable, we arrange recovery. We arrange a like-for-like replacement vehicle, delivered to the customer’s home or workplace, so they are kept mobile throughout. Their vehicle is booked in for repair at the same time.

Repairs are carried out to manufacturer standard using approved paint and repair systems, with our repair guarantee. We keep the customer updated on progress throughout.

We liaise with the insurers and deal with all paperwork on the customer’s behalf, at no cost to them. On completion, the repaired vehicle is returned cleaned, and the replacement vehicle is collected.
